Take A Walk In The Park, Jump Rope, Play Basketball, Pretty Much Any Thing You Can Do To Exercise.. You Can Even Buy A Wii Fitness & Trick Yourself Into Working Out.. Also Many Celebrities Are Now Are Loosing Weight or Toning Up Why Not Follow The The Trend... Everyone Else Is Doing It.... (Even Mike Jones Lost Weight..sheeeesh!) It Will Probably Be One Of The Best Things You Ever Decided To Do.. Studies Show A Person That Works Out Has Better SEX, Is More Confident, Better Sleep, Clear Skin, More Energy, Etc......
